Email Support:

You are free to send across emails with the screenshots of your computer screen detailing the problem, So that we may be able to extend you the Technical support required for LMS. We do not have any restrictions in the number of characters or words used while sending the email. So, you are free to write as much as you want, till the time you feel, that you have completely described the nature of the problem. Please remember, the more you correctly describe the nature of the problem; the easier it will be for us to comprehend the problem. This, in turn will help the tech support team to come out with a feasible solution in a very short turn around time.

A bad example of describing: Please find the screenshot attached in this email. Let us know when the problem will be sorted?

A good example of describing: I/We have attached the screenshot of the computer in this email. The screenshot contains the error page displayed when we navigate from page A to page B; the remaining pages are functioning correctly. Also, it takes quite a while for the error pages to load, before it displays the error screen. We believe, there might be some problem in the database or the navigation path of the learning platform.

As you can see, the second example is well written, described and explains the problem in detail. This in turn helps us in supporting you efficiently!
